We prepare the packet — material spec, height, colour, a site plan showing the run and photographs of the same fence built elsewhere. The submission itself has to come from you as the homeowner, but you are not writing any of it, and we will revise it if the board comes back.

Both. Leaning posts get reset, storm-damaged sections get rebuilt, and gates that have dropped get rehung and squared. We are straight with you about the point where a repair stops being worth it — if half the posts are rotted at the ground line, patching two of them is money thrown away.

Call the same number. In season we run a storm list and work it by severity, starting with anything that leaves a pool unenclosed or a dog able to get out. One year on our labour in writing, plus whatever the manufacturer carries on the material — which on vinyl and aluminium is usually a lifetime limited warranty. A post that leans inside that first year is ours to reset, and we do not argue about it.
